Nine in ten university graduates say that higher education will yield a return on their investment of time and tuition dollars.  College graduates ages 25-32 who were working full time typically earn $17,500 more annually than employed young adults with a high school diploma. ($45,500 vs. $28, 000)

About three fourths of all college graduates say they regretted not doing more during school to better prepare themselves to find a job, such as getting more work experience, studying harder or looking for work sooner.

LESSONS to be LEARNED from PADDING Your Resume

Pictured above is former Yahoo CEO Scott Thompson as he appeared around May of 2012 or shortly before that time period. Thompson, who was also the former President of Pay Pal, “padded” his resume in order to climb the “Ladder of Success” and get ahead at an accelerated pace. He achieved through deception, “success” at high paying and high prestige positions only to lose it all. Much can be learned from his circumstance.

It is our intent to raise awareness of the futility of padding your resume to “MILLENNIALS”.  The 18-34 year old demographic faces unprecedented pressures and challenges to be honest when applying for employment and seeking a career.

Our “Western Culture” in the United States is highly competitive. Students are tempted to cheat on exams as are athletes such as New York Yankee, Alex Rodriquez.
